 The day I heard that there was the "Konektus Europe" Agency in my hometown of Prijedor, I went there and took the first steps on my journey to Canada. I did an interview, collected the documents and waited for an employer. Shortly after, I was told that one of the employers was interested in hiring me. Of course, I accepted the job. I was overwhelmed by joy.
I have been in Canada for a month now and I cannot believe how quickly the time has passed. I work and I am very pleased. So far, I have seen and learned many interesting things and I surely plan to keep it that way.
I would like to use this opportunity to thank Sanja Vukelja from the "Konektus Europe" in Prijedor who helped me on my path to Canada. I would also like to thank the staff of the "Konektus Ltd. " who all helped me a great deal after my arrival in Canada.
My dream has come true.

 I have been in Canada for three months already. I work for a transportation company and I am very pleased. I passed the driving test, went through some additional training for transport of hazardous materials. My colleagues at work are friendly and they have helped me with everything. People say that I have seen more things in these three months since I have been in Canada than have some people that have been here for years. I started to work for a transportation company, I traveled through the national parks, I “socialized” with bears :))), I walked on glaciers, swam in rivers and lakes, got to know Edmonton, enjoyed in everything that life in Canada offered me. I intend to keep it this way.
Now, finally my family can join me so that we can build our happy and stabile future together. Big THANKS to Sanja from “Konektus Europe” Agency from Prijedor who guided me through the process and to the Konektus Ltd. Canada staff that provided me with great and generous assistance concerning employer, paper work, tests… upon my arrival in Canada.

 Hope, happiness, stability, a chance to do whatever you want to do… These are just some feelings I can recall at this moment while writing a fragment of my story. This story might sound like an advertisement to someone but it is the truth and nothing more, nothing less. We all know that Canada is one of the wealthiest countries in the world and that it is very hard to get to this country. Someone has said long time ago that every journey even the 1000 – mile one starts with a single step. Well, I like many others, made that first step by contacting Konektus Agency in Prijedor. I came to Prijedor for an interview with caution. I was cautious because all of us know of many so called agencies that deceived thousands of people.
All that caution started to melt down due to welcome and professionalism of the Prijedor office management. After they explained me every step of the process in order to get where I am now, my caution disappeared. Now, I live and work in the country that was unreachable for me before and all of that thanks to Sanja, Rada, Irena, Lidija, Ilija. The most important characteristic of all these people that help us to achieve our dreams is HONESTY , since everything that was said was also done.
The entire difficult process of gathering numerous documents would be very hard maybe even impossible without them. After all the fuss, I finally landed in this great country and the first people that I saw (of course, after the guy at the immigration desk) were Irena and Ilija who welcomed us at the airport and settled us in our apartment. The next day, they helped us to get all the documents required for our life in Canada; they introduced us to our employers, showed us around the city, etc. In one word, we were not alone.
I would like to repeat once again that this is not an advertisement but an ordinary story of an ordinary man. Thanks again to all the KONEKTUS employees for all they did in helping me making my dream come true.

 I have been in Canada for about twenty days now. I have received my first two-weak pay and I feel that my dream of working and living in Canada is coming true.
In my opinion, it was worth the effort put in collecting all the documents along with a great help from the Konktus staff and their professional attitude.Therefore, I have to thank the office in Prijedor as well as the Konektus Ltd. staff in Edmonton whose representatives waited for me at the airport, took me to my accommodation, helped me with the required documentation, showed me around the city and introduced me to the new employer.

When I first heard about the Konektus agency and went trough their web site, it was clear that Konektus makes connections between employees from our region and employers in Canada. I called them right away and asked if I could apply as a driver. The same day I went to see Konektus Europe in Prijedor, where I met the Konektus Europe staff which talked to me with a smile and professionally and this surprised me, because it is not a custom in my country. Very quickly I collected all the necessary documents and taped a video interview and in about a month I was contacted by Konektus Europe about my job offer.
The next step was to send my documentation in the Canadian Embassy in Vienna. In about 3 months I got a call from Sarajevo telling me to go for a passport and visa. The airplane ticket was sent by the employer and after a few days I arrived in Edmonton. At the airport the Konektus Ltd. staff waited for me and took me to my apartment, very comfortable and warm with a fridge full of food.
A few days later I had finished with my driving exam and after 2 weeks I started to work. Konektus Ltd. lent me a car for traveling from my apartment to work. Now I'm working with friendly people and they have the will and desire to help me start driving on my own over these beautiful and wide highways.
At work, i'm driving a two year old truck with a dangerous goods trailer and with a transmission that is a quite different which makes this job difficult but possible.
Konektus Ltd and Konektus Europe is the trusty worthy and right choice.

My name is Slobodan Smitran and I'm 26 years old. My wish and dream was to come to Canada. Thanks to Mrs. Irena Struk and Konektus Ltd. My dream came true. Of course at the beginning of our cooperation I was apprehensive, but as time passed I had more and more trust. What I liked most was that I didn't have to pay everything in advance. I paid administrative costs after Konektus Europe had done their part of the job, and there were no sudden costs. I have to praise their organization, they waited for me at the airport, helped me with my settlement in the days after. They took us everywhere and taught me everything and I'm grateful to them. My adjustment was easier. They treated me like a family member and they still do. When I look back, on my invested money, I see that I got much more. My life changed for 180 degrees, thanks to the Konektus Ltd staff and the Konektus Europe staff. I'm using this opportunity to send my best to them and I would like to mention to all of them and thank them for what they have done for me. Believe me; it was worth it to work with Konektus Europe and Konektus Ltd, my invested money doubled.

All my life I was searching for better future.Since former Yugoslavia was an unstable area for living, with all the ethnic conflicts that happened,and I got married in the meantime, I decided to go somewhere where there is a future for my family.
After years of seeking for the solution, a friend of mine told me about the agency in Prijedor in Bosnia and Herzegovina that is sending people to Canada.I went to Konektus Europe in Prijedor and found out there is a possibility for employment with the trucking company in Canada.The Konektus Europe staff in Prijedor and the Konektus Canadian staff gave their best to help me to collect all necessary papers and things to put my visa application together.After I got the Canadian Visa there was no happier man then myself in whole world.
After arrival in Edmonton the Konektus staff in Canada was waiting for me at Edmonton International Airport .
They took me in apartment that they set up for me with all the furniture and fridge full of food and beverages.I couldn’t believe.After I started working for the trucking company they called me from time to time to check out if I needed anything.
Now I can tell that my experience with Konektus was all positive in every sence. They done what they promised and today I live and work in Canada, one of the few richest countries in the world. And thanks to Konektus (again), my family will join me soon.
So I can say in the end Konektus promise came true and my dream came true in Canada.

 I don't know how to start this story without overtone of poetry or some poem.
My name is Ackov Aleksandar, I'm from Prijedor, I'm married and father of two children.
All this began in Winter 2005. I was called from one college and first thing he said to me was "would you like to go to Canada?" I was confused and I said "What Canada?" and he continued to repeat Canada five or six times.
I thought that was a joke and I accept the proposition, and life moved on. After 3 - 4 months the situation started to developing in the right way and everithing was finished with my arrival to Canada 10.03.07. That could happend even before, but I wasn't so azure. If I had prepared everything what was neccessary, that could happen earlier.
9 days after I came to Canada, I have 700 earned dollars , I became my own boss, I have my own flat and a boss armchair from where I watch TV. All this I got with Konektus help. Man have to work for living, but in this country a man can live like human and afford for his family everything what they need.
What to say about Irena Struk and all Konektus staff? They are neighbours who gave the best from yourself. Some other peoples you can cheat, but your neighbours - no way! Your neighbours are always there, they see and hear everything. In my country, the old people used to say " if you are valuable and respect in your street or town, and if you have all respect there, then you are really valuable, and I'm greatfull to them.
It is worth to try and become successful.

 My collaboration with Konektus Ltd. actually started like this, and now, when I turn back trough this writing, I remember everything, and who would said that this is going to happen on this way. My father and I applied for job in Canada, in Edmonton precisely and we applied in Konektus Europe Ltd. I was first who had no belief in this, well, I was reserved towards Konektus. But we are going to live this for later. Exactly, our collaboration started trough internet, where we had seen what we need for applayig for work visa. Second contact was charmed because it was with girl well, Irena, who answered on my questions sincerely and fully, and of course there were calls from Belgrade and our conversations with Mr. Ilia and his calls which were related with our arriving in Canada, his explanations about living and working in Edmonton. Of course, this has duration about 6 months, including getting our visa – about month, that is practice. We are too pleased!
Lets say something about Konektus Staff. Here is the example: trough all our conversations, tips and contacts, we became friends. Irena, who is business woman, asked me : who you supported? When I said my answer, she shouted: too! You are accepted, you are coming here! Whom she supported? I live you to think about it! You know, I don't write this because I want to commendation someone or tell untrue facts, or to show Konektus Ltd. in a bright light. Im saying this because it is the truth what had happened with me and my father all the time before our comming to Canada. If someone had been suspicious about this, it was me. You know what people are ready to do for money. In one moment I hurted Irena, even though I had perfect relationship with her. My father was sure, after he had spoken with Mr. Ilia, that everything is going to be OK.
Of course, we sent all our papers to Konektus Europe Ltd. because we needed to represent ourselves. When we came to Prijedor and we have our first conversation with Irena, president of Konektus Europe Ltd. , I was suspicious because of all papers which I need to prepare. On one way I gave up. We drank coffee and talked about everything. We fill up papers but not with hope that we will succeed. That was first step in this story. Irena showed us our future company and contracts, and she said that we, with our papers which were valid, are not going to have problems. Irena found us a job but there weren’t guarantees that we are going to pass the embassy. Why? Now I understand, embassy is institucion for itself and is not related with Konektus Ltd.
If your papers I all right, your contract help you with your visa. Everytrhing goes trough Federal program and it said if you have all papers you are allowed to enter into the Canada, but everything is with you and your papers. We get our visa because we sent a tons of papers in the embassy. After that you get a call from embassy and your visa. Now, we are in Edmonton and we work in Rosenau company. Everything is true about job, flat and all other things about Konektus. What Konektus said to me, that actually happened! You need to know one thing : everything what they say or do, that is going to happened and more. Well, you are going to see that by yourself.  I have heard about Konektus Europe Ltd from my relative and I talk with him about that I applied for a job. In Doboj I understand that this is not a game where some people taking money from others by cheating. We applied both, my relative and I. We went to the interview and in very short time we got a call from embassy.
The next what I remember is my look trough plane window, look on ocean on my way to Canada. At airport in Edmonton waited Konektus staff and took me into my flat where everything was ready for me (furniture, food) Of course, there was Nele, who live like real Canadian citizen and who is with Konektus help became independent. He helped me too! Konektus helped me with my papers, I got all documents for live and work in very short time.
Even today, after two months of my life here. Konektus staff are in contact with me and they offer me help any kind. With Konektus help, my dreams came true, my magination is reality now. I live and work in healthy environment and earning my salary, I drive proper vehicles and I do not have any problems and nothing to worry about. Thanks to Konektus I found a way for secure future… Of course, when my girl in the next few months be next to me….
